1. The service

TryOnInk is a pre-launch waitlist for temporary tattoo products. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or the ability to place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your signup.

3. Waitlist access

Joining the waitlist allows you to be notified when ordering becomes available. Any pricing, offers, or product availability will be communicated at that time and may be subject to change.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit email addresses that are not your own.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others (when uploads are available).

5. Intellectual property

The TryOnInk name, branding, designs, and site content are owned by us or licensed to us. Designs made available are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryOnInk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or waitlist.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are material, the date above will be updated and, where appropriate, you may be notified by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
